Energize Electric is a licensed and insured residential electrical contractor serving the Greater Lansing, Michigan area. Information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding quote, guarantee of service availability, or contract for work.

All work is performed under a separate written estimate or contract. Pricing, scope, and scheduling are confirmed only after a project assessment and written agreement.

3. Requesting Service and Estimates

Submitting a request through our online form or Housecall Pro lead form does not create a binding agreement. We will review your request and contact you to discuss scope, scheduling, and pricing. Estimates are valid for the time period stated in the estimate and are subject to change if project conditions differ from the information provided.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with a lifetime workmanship guarantee on installations we perform. We also provide a one-year material warranty on parts and fixtures we supply. These warranties apply to residential work performed by Energize Electric and do not cover damage caused by misuse, alterations by others, natural events, or normal wear and tear.

Manufacturer warranties on equipment and materials are governed by the manufacturer's terms. Our warranties are limited to repair or replacement of defective work at our discretion and do not cover consequential or incidental damages.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Energize Electric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
